Domestic Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Carriers Used: We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for safe and timely deliveries.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60 may apply.
COD (Cash on Delivery) may include additional handling charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delays and Exceptions
Delays may occur due to weather, regional lockdowns, courier issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
In such cases, we will communicate any changes and do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
In-Store Pickup
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are dispatched from our central facility in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
