Domestic Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Shipping Time: After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Carriers Used: We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for safe and timely deliveries.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60 may apply.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) may include additional handling charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays and Exceptions

• Delays may occur due to weather, regional lockdowns, courier issues, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are dispatched from our central facility in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
